VENDOR QUICK FACTS

Reserve your table or vendor space

• Complete the [Vendor Application].
• Choose the size of your table or space. You may purchase multiple booths, including different sizes, and combine them.
• Use the application to note any requests, such as a corner or wall location, aisle access, or additional power outlets. Requests are subject to the final layout.
• Have an unusual or elaborate setup? Tell us in advance—we love creative displays.
• Keep your receipt. Check in when you arrive to receive your vendor passes and assigned location.

Load-in and setup

• Load-in begins Thursday at 5:00 p.m.
• Check in on arrival before setting up.
• If you need more time, you may continue setup in the evening. The area will have overnight security.

Security

• A security guard will be on site after the convention closes, with 24-hour security coverage.
• Security is provided, but we cannot guarantee that merchandise will be free from loss or damage. Please secure valuables.

Vendor areas and venue

• The venue has two vendor rooms: one large room and a second, smaller room that is still spacious.
• Additional vendor spaces may be placed in common areas and wide hallways.
• We expect approximately 160–190 vendor areas. The final number depends on the floor plan and how much space is used.
• The venue is large, and we expect vendor areas throughout it to be easy to access.

Parking and Wi-Fi

• Wi-Fi is available.
• Parking is $5 per day, a discounted rate from the regular $10. Scan the QR code at your parking space to pay.
• The parking area is large. You can pull up to unload, then park nearby and walk to the venue.

Load-out

• Load-out is Sunday, either before closing or when the convention closes.
• Use the bay doors for loading. Access is on one level, with a loading ramp and dock.

Artwork policy

• AI-generated art may be used for promotional purposes, but it may not be sold as art.
• Artwork offered for sale must be created by the artist.
